Key responsibilities include:
Providing 1st – 3rd line IT support to the local and global team
Deployment of laptops using imaging technology
Maintenance of desktop protection applications including McAfee encryption, and Symantec endpoint protection.
Procurement of IT equipment and services
Maintain IT Inventory and Asset registry
Case Management/Change Management/Incident Reporting
Willing to work shifts and be on standby over weekends
In order to be successful in this role you will require:
5 years IT Experience
A+
N+
Professional IT qualifications (MCP or above)
ITEL
Global / remote experience
Advanced Windows 7/8.1/10 Operating Systems
Mac OSX (intermediate)
Advanced Microsoft Office 2010/13/16
Office 365
Basic Windows Server 2008/2012
Basic SharePoint knowledge
Active Directory – including Group Policy knowledge
